Self supporting Uprights technology. Designed for food processing and pharmaceutical washdown applications.
- Model : AISI 304 L.
- Model : AISI 316 L . Both models have stainless steel Uprights and Top Hood.
- Standard model : 100% Polyester powder coating on alu-zinc steel. Standard colour grey RAL 7016. Other RAL colours on request.
Curtain
- Support : 100 % high-strength Polyester fabric, with double-sided PVC coating.
- Quality : 900 g/sqm.
- Tear strength warp/weft : 50 daN.
- Treatments : mildew / UV and salt resistant.
- Finish : Acrylic varnish.
- Cold crack temperature : - 20°C.
- Available in 18 standard colours.
- Curtain reinforced with horizontal strengtheners made in composite material.
- Mavifood curtain is built to withstanddraught and high pressure washing.
Food hygiene features
- Built-in high pressure cleanout system.
- All components can be easily reached for cleaning (no dismantling needed).
- No area of water retention.
- The door frame contains no gaps, and is resistant to moisture, acids, animal fats, rodents, insects and salt solutions.
