Maviprocess is designed for cleaning with high
pressure washing equipment without dismantling
any parts.
Main characteristics :
- New reliability concept, Unique Flexible Track for break-away curtain with (single-side) automatic reinsertion system.
- Maviprocess complies with NF P 25-362 safety standard, and is approved with stainless steel frame by CNEVA LERPAC (Certificate of Conformity for Health and Safety of Equipment n°99-035).
Frame :
- Mill-galvanised steel frame with or without polyester powder coating.
- Flexible side guides mounted on the uprights.
- Conceived for high-pressure clean-out (no dismantling needed). Totally washable uprights.
- Headroom : 350 mm
Option : Structure in AISI (316L) Stainless steel or weld free AISI
(304L) stainless steel monolithic uprights.
Flexible side guides (Maviflex patent)
- Impactable side guides and silent operation : no more damaged side guides preventing the door from operating.
- In case of impact : the "flexible track" provides an effective curtain release system (two side break-away).
- Extra deep flexible side guides inhibit escape of door curtain, in the event of severe pressure differentials.
Curtain
- 900 g/m2 PVC coated polyester fabric with sewn-in horizontal strengtheners made from composite material (for interior application).
Option for Exterior Applications : OPTIMA fold-up Headroom 780 mm. Curtain with horizontal strengtheners for external use. (without break away). Curtain is washable on internal side (CNEVA LERPAC APPROVAL FOR THE FOOD INDUSTRY).
Noiseless operation
- Noiseless operation due to the flexible side guides.
Food hygiene features
- All components can be easily reached for cleaning (no dismantling needed).
- The flexible side guides, as other all the components (transom and
uprights cover, motor…) have CNEVA LERPAC APPROVAL.
Multi safety devices
- Maviprocess complies with NF P 25-362 safety standard.
- Dual stainless steel safety photocells, internally - mounted across
the doorway, reverses the door in event of obstruction.
- Two orange warning lights (each side of the door)
flash when the door operates.
- Soft bottom edge technology.
- Fail safe circuits.
- Emergency opening by manual and direct action.
