Maviroll unique design :
- In the event that your maviroll High-Speed Door is impacted, the door curtain is released from the Flexible Track (side-guides) and then automatically reinserts itself without human intervention.
- Unique “Flexible track” to provide an effective curtain release system : The unique curtain release Technology lies in its strong simple design. The track is built with two side-guides made from heavy-duty flexible polyester fabric.
- Unique Technology : The TRAFFICONTROL curtain reinsertion system offers durability, low maintenance, long-lasting doors for heavy Industrial and Commercial applications.
Frame
- Self supporting Alu-zinc steel frame (Uprights and Header beam) with Polyester powder coated finish Grey RAL 7016, other RAL colours on request.
- Track fitted with Flexible guides on the uprights.
- New reliability concept, Flexible guides for break-away curtain (both ways) with automatic reinsertion system (Maviflex Patent).
Curtain
- Support : 100% high-strength Polyester fabric, with double-sided PVC coating.
- Weight : 900 g/sqm.
- Tear strength warp/weft : 50 daN.
- Treatments : mildew / UV and salt resistant.
- Finish : Acrylic varnish.
- Cold crack temperature : -20° C.
- Available in 18 standard colours.
- Curtain reinforced with horizontal strengtheners to provide maximum resistance in draughty locations.
- maviroll curtain is built to withstand high draughts and negative pressures up to 25 daN/m2.
- Option : Company logo painted to corporate colours.
- Excellent thermal insulation : K=5 Watt/ m2/°C.
- Sound attenuation : 19 dB A.
Peripheric weatherseals
- Sealing top hood.

- Maviroll curtain operates silently as the side-guides (tracks) are made from heavy-duty Polyester fabric.
