Model of the industrial door production site in Décines
The new model of the Maviflex industrial door production site in Décines has just been unveiled.
The result of meticulous work by Atelier FAU, based in Champagne-au-Mont-d’Or, the project took shape after a scoping and specification phase, followed by a production period, resulting in a model that is both realistic and immersive.
Atelier FAU, a local player and specialist in architectural and urban models for over 50 years, has put its expertise to work on this project, combining precision, creativity and aesthetic quality.
A faithful representation of the industrial environment
Opened in 2002, the Décines site is Maviflex’s only production site and has undergone significant expansion in recent years. In the space of two years, the operational area has grown from 10,000 m² to 15,000 m², illustrating the company’s commitment to innovation and continuous improvement. As part of this, 80% of the machinery has been replaced, including the sheet metal and fabric lines, to ensure more efficient and higher quality production.
The new model now allows the overall configuration to be appreciated thanks to a precise polychrome rendering, highlighting the buildings, circulation routes and technical areas.
The technical choices add an extra dimension:
- Scale: 1:250
- Dimensions: 1,150 × 1,000 mm
- Lighting: LED interior and fibre optics exterior, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere
Designed to reflect the working environment as closely as possible to reality, the model provides a clear and comprehensive overview of the site. It is therefore an ideal tool for illustrating the layout, accompanying presentations or enhancing visits.
This project is a new promotional tool for Maviflex, highlighting its industrial expertise and the quality of its infrastructure.
