From 15 to 19 June 2026, Maviflex took part in Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QVCT) Week through a programme of workshops and talks dedicated to employee wellbeing.

Held annually, this week provides a unique opportunity to raise staff awareness of key issues relating to health, prevention and improving quality of life at work.

A long-term commitment to staff wellbeing

Quality of Life and Working Conditions (QVCT) encompasses all initiatives aimed at improving staff’s day-to-day lives in their working environment.

This approach is based, in particular, on several key areas:

  • Work organisation,
  • Health and safety at work,
  • Work-life balance,
  • Team cohesion and collaboration,
  • Prevention of psychosocial risks,
  • Promoting well-being at work,

By promoting suitable working conditions, QVCT contributes to the fulfilment of employees and the smooth running of the organisation.

A 2026 Program Focused on Health and Well-Being

For this new edition, the Human Resources department has developed a varied program allowing employees to explore different approaches that promote well-being and prevention in the workplace.

Among the activities offered this year:

  • Sleep awareness session with PROMEOM
  • Awareness session on RQTH led by the Maviflex HR Project officer
  • Sophrology sessions offered by Amandine Aubry of ResAu2Sens
  • Self-empathy workshop led by the Maviflex HR Manager
  • Osteopathy consultations with Laurine Alesio-Capolini

These workshops are part of a comprehensive initiative aimed at promoting health, well-being, and quality of life at work.
