Maviflex’s values: a shared history, rooted in everyday life

Rooted in Maviflex’s history and culture, four values reflect a way of working and collaborating that is put into practice every day. The process undertaken with our staff has enabled us to formalise these values and highlight what drives our teams on a daily basis.

Four values that define us

Discussions within the company have brought to light four values that reflect Maviflex’s identity and culture:

• Respect: recognising each individual, their work, their environment and the commitments they have made.
• Team spirit: moving forward together, helping one another and fostering a positive team spirit every day.
• Commitment & Passion: having the desire to progress, to excel and to take pride in what we achieve collectively.
• Courage: daring to take action, to make suggestions, to speak up with kindness and to face challenges head-on.

These values now serve as shared guiding principles for Maviflex staff and underpin decisions, relationships and behaviour at all levels of the organisation.

A collectively developed approach

By involving staff in this process, Maviflex sought to highlight and share values that are already embodied in their day-to-day work. This approach builds on the company’s history, culture and actions.

The aim now is to continue to bring these values to life in relationships, projects and day-to-day activities, to provide long-term support for the company and its teams as they develop.
