Maviflex high-speed doors contribute to the smooth flow of goods thanks to their high-speed automated opening. They also help maintain the cold chain through rapid opening and closing and offer enhanced insulation, particularly with the triple-insulated door curtain.

MaviPASS

• Triple-insulated curtain (multi-layer complex), ideal for areas requiring thermal and sound insulation
• Protection against dust
• TRAFICONTROL® patented system (flexible slides) to prevent damage in the event of impact, which could cause the process to stop.
• Customised safety features allow the door to be perfectly adapted to all industrial environments.

 

MaviCOLD

• Door for negative cold rooms
• Triple-insulated curtain for maintaining a constant temperature, controlling cold loss and reducing energy consumption in cold rooms.
• Heating plate system in the uprights and motor with Grand Froid oil, for operation at temperatures as low as -30°C.
  • TRAFICONTROL® flexible guide slides combined with the curtain equipped with deformable composite tubes, for optimal sealing and to prevent door malfunctions in the event of impact.

• Fully modular solution available in different
  versions
• Triple-insulated curtain (multi-layer complex), ideal for areas requiring thermal and sound insulation
• IP66-rated waterproof built-in panel (optional)
• Optimal traffic flow: The semi-rigid guide, combined with the curtain equipped with deformable composite tubes, help preventing door malfunctions in the event of impact.
