Maviflex becomes a sponsor of Collège²

As part of its CSR policy, Maviflex has become a sponsor of the Collège au carré association, an innovative and inclusive educational establishment based in the Rhône-Alpes region. This partnership embodies Maviflex’s commitment to equal opportunities and inclusive education, by supporting a unique educational model.

Le Collège²: an alternative school for all profiles

Founded by Lidwine Béridot and Christel Martin-Borie, Collège² is a private, secular, not-for-profit school for children and teenagers aged 6 to 18, with or without a complex educational background.
The school is based on :

• alternative teaching methods
• small, multi-level classes (max. 15 pupils),
• 100% personalised support,
• real inclusion at school, encouraging cooperation between peers.

It also incorporates daily activities such as adapted sport, therapeutic dance, educational cooking and art therapy workshops to develop social skills and restore self-esteem.

An inclusive and caring place of learning

The Collège² welcomes a wide variety of students :

• children who have dropped out of school, suffer from school phobia or have been bullied,
• young people with learning difficulties (dyslexia, dyspraxia, ADHD, etc.),
• pupils with autism spectrum disorders (ASD),
• children waiting for a place in a ULIS or IME,
• but also pupils with no difficulties who would like a different educational model.

This approach promotes real inclusion at school, by creating a supportive group dynamic that respects individual differences.

Maviflex, a committed sponsor of inclusion and education

By joining this initiative, Maviflex is strengthening its CSR approach in favour of a more inclusive and supportive society. This sponsorship marks an important step in Maviflex’s commitment to a more inclusive and equitable future focused on education.
The partnership involves :

• Financial support over four years,
• Skills sponsorship, with the active participation of Maviflex employees,
• the hosting of trainees from Collège²,
• internal initiatives to raise awareness of diversity and inclusion.
