Maviflex celebrates 40 years of history!

Our mainspring goes with our commitment: Maviflex, a family business, has been producing automatic and manual high-speed flexible doors in France for over 40 years.

Our mission ? 

We support corporate energy strategies, flows of goods and the thermal and acoustic comfort of employees.

Maviflex’s 40th anniversary is an exceptional story of ongoing employee commitment, with 151 people currently employed to support you, backed up by 30 interim employees in their integration phase.

Since its creation, the company has been able to count on a devoted and passionate team that has made a significant contribution to its success. The commitment of Maviflex employees is not limited to a simple employer-employee relationship but is deeply rooted in a corporate culture founded on trust, collaboration and mutual respect. This longevity and success is a testament to how important employee commitment is to the company’s survival. By celebrating 40 years of success, Maviflex also celebrates the devotion of its people, who have been involved in every step of its impressive journey.

Factory 

Over the past two years, our company has expanded significantly, increasing our operational area from 10,000 m² to 15,000 m². This expansion is the result of our ongoing commitment to innovation and improvement. As part of this transformation, we made the strategic decision to replace 80% of our machinery, including our sheet metal and canvas lines, to ensure more efficient, high-quality production.

Moreover, this year is highlighted by the integration of a new building within our sales department, which is a major step forward in our development. The new facility has been specially designed to support our transformation by providing a modern and functional space perfectly suited to our commercial and after-sales needs.

This new structure will encourage closer collaboration between our teams, strengthening our ability to better serve our customers.

It’s a significant investment in our future, reflecting our commitment to operational excellence and customer satisfaction.

In 2024, we will continue our transformation journey with a particular focus on the assembly area, aiming to optimize our manufacturing processes.

We are also delighted to announce the forthcoming opening of our 200 m² showroom. This showroom will be a dedicated space to support your teams in further training on Maviflex products, reinforcing service quality and customer satisfaction.
