Maviflex welcomes 5 new interns this year

The professional integration of young people, the watchword of Maviflex.

For this school year 2021, new employees have arrived at Maviflex. Five new work-study students are accompanied by Maviflex this year. Their work-study program will allow them to develop their professional career and obtain their training at the same time. Maviflex has been taking this approach for several years and is keen to provide the best possible support for its new employees. Indeed, the Managing Director Anne-Sophie PANSERI, is a member of the UIMM – La Fabrique de l’Avenir commission, so it is with the #Fierdefaire, that its work-study students present themselves.

CORENTIN

“My name is Corentin, I am 22 years old. I am sporty, curious, dynamic and fond of new challenges. I have a work-study position at Maviflex as a buyer and supply chain project manager. I am preparing a Master’s degree in this field. This work-study program is a real opportunity and I am proud to share this adventure with all Maviflex employees.

On the personal side, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends. I am passionate about new technologies, computers, swimming, trekking and motorcycling in all its disciplines.”

SIMON

“My name is Simon Caumeil, I am 27 years old and I am in the first year of a BTS in computer services for organizations. I’ve been working as a computer assistant since August 16 and I do support and installation work. More generally, I do user assistance. I chose Maviflex following my interview with the director and the IT manager with whom I immediately got along and with whom I share the same vision of the company.

Outside of school and work, I like to take time to read, but I also spend a lot of time with my family and friends.”

ELOÏSE

“My name is Eloise, I am 20 years old and I am in my second year of a BTS in Accounting and Management at Maviflex. I chose the sandwich course because I wanted to acquire professional experience and to confront my theoretical knowledge with practice in a professional environment.
My role within the company is to receive invoices in order to be able to account for them. Once the invoice is registered in our database, the accounting department reconciles the invoices with the receipts that the purchasing department has entered. Once the due date has been reached, we proceed with the payment of the invoice.”

ETIENNE

“My name is Etienne, I am 21 years old. I had the chance to join Maviflex at the beginning of September, as a methods and industrialization manager. With a background in mechanics and production engineering, I am currently in my first year of a Master’s degree in Operational Management – Innovation and Customer Experience.
I chose this company mainly because of the interest I feel for the different missions I was presented with, but also for its family aspect and the values I seem to share with the management. I can mention the trust between the employees, the availability of the necessary means for a good development, but also the different possibilities of evolution, whether personal or collective.

Outside of work, I am interested in board sports, music, but also in all kinds of crafts. This allows me to draw parallels with my work and develop my personal and professional skills.”

LILIAN

“My name is Lilian, I’m 22 years old. I am attentive, organized and curious, I like to find solutions to different problems. This year, I’m doing a Master’s degree in Purchasing Management. I will be in charge of Purchasing and Supply for the next two years.
The fact that I will continue my work-study program within the Maviflex team will allow me to increase my skills thanks to the employees who are always available and attentive.

Outside of work, I like to go out with my friends and especially travel. I’m passionate about the TV series, soccer and gastronomy.”

MANON

“My name is Manon and I am 21 years old. I joined the Marketing team for 2 years. I am in charge of internal and external communication. But I’m also in charge of the website, the newsletters and the MaviSION service. I joined Maviflex in order to obtain my master in Marketing, Communication and Digital. I particularly liked the family aspect and the development of new marketing means in this company.

I like to spend time with my friends and family and I love animals. In addition, I am passionate about the world around me and dream of being able to travel and discover new cultures.”

Maviflex welcomes its new alternates and accompanies them in their new adventure which will be very enriching for them.
