An overview of our new offices
In 2 years, we have increased our operational surface area from 10,000 m² to 15,000 m² by integrating a new building. Within this new structure, almost 800m² will host the French sales and technical departments.
The premises include new offices, new connected meeting rooms and a new dining hall. They offer a modern and functional space to ensure close and efficient collaborationbetween our sales and after-sales departments.
To enhance our CSR strategy, we wanted to optimise the working environment for our employees by creating a number of relaxation areas with sofas, high tables and a TV screen. This will enable them to enjoy a new working experience focused on performance andwell-being at work.
These offices have been renovated from existing materials to meet new energy and environmental standards. The heating systems use heat pumps throughout the building, including our new factory, toreduce our CO2 impact. Finally, the dining hall has a filtered water tap meaning that employees no longer need to buy plastic water bottles. These new measures reflect our desire to pursue a more eco-responsible and voluntary approach as part of our QHSEE policy.
