Renewal audit: ISO 9001 & 14001 certifications

From April 1st to 6th, Maviflex will perform a renewal audit for its ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications

From April 1 to 6, 2022, Maviflex will conduct a renewal audit for its two certifications: ISO 9001 and ISO 14001. The confirmation of these certifications will demonstrate that Maviflex is developing its activity while respecting these quality and environmental standards.

Year after year, Maviflex maintains its efforts to meet the expectations of its customers. New standards come into force and it is necessary to be in adequacy with these new regulations. For that, a specific process is set up, in particular by means of various continuous improvements as well as by an action plan.

However, Maviflex is facing some problems that slow down the progress of its actions. For example, our documentation is substantial and must be constantly updated. It allows us to ensure the reliability and control of our activities. There is therefore a certain rigor that must be applied so that our instructions correspond as well as possible to the evolutions of Maviflex. Moreover, the documentation available within the company is also a factor taken into account during an audit. It is a meticulous work, the stake is to allow the collaborators to work with documents and current information.

Maviflex’s actions

The 2022 objectives are clear: to maintain ISO 9001 and 14001 certifications.

To achieve this, Maviflex is carrying out actions such as internal audits. The internal audit is a real tool for continuous improvement, which works thanks to the investment of the internal auditors and the participation of all the audited employees. During this year 2022, Maviflex has planned to carry out 7 audits of different processes. In addition, an internal audit was carried out by CESI students on Thursday March 10th. The purpose of this partnership with CESI will be to allow the students to work on a real case and Maviflex to benefit from a new look on the company.

The ISO 14001 standard: the environment

There is a regulatory watch to apply on the subject of the environment (like all the others besides). It is a requirement of ISO 14001. It is essential to know all the legal texts on the subject. Then, it is necessary to be able to specify if the company is in conformity or not with these texts. An action plan is implemented if there is a non-conformity, in order to be in conformity.
